Where have all the jobs gone?

Despite the large amount of search engine experience I have acquired in this class, I am still finding it next to impossible to find a job. I have used all the government websites, and placed my resume everywhere. The fact is, there are few jobs in Internet accessible locations. I need to find jobs that are invisible to the public, or are incorrectly located. This could give me the one up that I need to land a job using a online database strategy. With the extensive categorization of the government and the military, one would think that a backdoor search engine must exist somewhere...?
